Driveway Building Permit

Required by Ordinance #G-0901
To allow driveway or other work in Eastborough City Right-of-Way

Instructions

• The applicant goes to City Hall and requests a permit; fills it out and pays the $200 fee.
• The City Clerk calls the Building Supervisor and requests a review of the plans.
• The Building Supervisor picks up and reviews the plans and signs his approval, or contacts the applicant to discuss any problems.
• Upon approval, the Building Supervisor signs the permit and delivers it back to the City Clerk.
• The City Clerk signs the permit for issuance.

This process shouldn’t take more than 3 days, unless there are problems needing discussion with the applicant.
